dc.description.abstractEl presente texto de intención analítica, se funda en plantear la discusión contradictoria entre la STC-1926 de 2023 y la teoría de antinomias, con relación al concepto de familia multi-especie; para ello se surten cuatro momentos; el primero, la descripción de la normatividad mencionada; el segundo los puntos de desacuerdo respecto a la concepción de seres sintientes, el tercero se funda en la visión crítica, respecto a las contradicciones desde la teoría jurídica y las antinomias, el cuarto, se surte en reconocer las tendencias investigativas, a partir de los operadores digitales de SCOPUS en cuanto a búsquedas y su Inteligencia Artificial Generativa. La metodología aplicada es de tipo Descriptivo, enfoque Analítico y método hermenéutico -Sociojurídico.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis article, with analytical intent, is based on raising the contradictory discussion between STC-1926 of 2023 and the theory of antinomies, in relation to the concept of a multispecies family; For this, four moments are provided; the first, the description of the aforementioned regulations; the second, the points of disagreement regarding the conception of sentient beings, the third is based on the critical vision, regarding the contradictions from legal theory and antinomies, the fourth, is based on recognizing the investigative tendencies, from the SCOPUS digital operators in terms of searches and their Generative Artificial Intelligence. The methodology applied is Descriptive, Analytical approach and hermeneutic-Sociolegal method.eng
