Análisis sobre las variaciones y el impacto del mercado de teléfonos móviles e internet en Tuluá- Valle, durante los períodos 2010 al 2015

Abstract

This research study focuses on the analysis of the variations and the market impact of mobile phones and internet in Tuluá-Valle, during the period 2010 to 2015. To do this, entrepreneurs and merchants with bouquet of telecommunications were chosen the region in order to identify their perceptions about the segment of mobile telephony and the Internet in recent years. In addition, documentary records describing numerical indicators from the market behavior in Colombia, Valle del Cauca and the municipality of Tuluá were consulted. The study is signed within a mixed research that has been used strategically qualitative information and quantitative data to deepen on the subject addressed. It is concluded according to the study that the internet and mobile phone network has become of paramount importance to users and has been a profitable business for subscribing companies.

El presente estudio investigativo se focaliza en analizar las variaciones y el impacto del mercado de teléfonos móviles e internet en Tuluá-Valle, durante los períodos 2010 al 2015. Para ello, se eligieron empresarios y comerciantes relacionados con el ramo de las telecomunicaciones en la región con la finalidad de identificar cuáles son sus percepciones sobre el segmento de la telefonía móvil e internet en los últimos años. Asimismo, se consultaron registros documentales que describen a partir de indicadores numéricos el comportamiento del mercado en Colombia, el Valle del Cauca y el municipio de Tuluá. El estudio se suscribe dentro de una investigación mixta porque estratégicamente se ha utilizado información cualitativa y datos cuantitativos para profundizar sobre el tema abordado. Se concluye de acuerdo con el estudio que la red de internet y teléfonos móviles ha cobrado una importancia capital para los usuarios y ha sido un negocio rentable para las empresas suscriptoras.
