| dc.description.abstract | En los últimos años en el país buscando dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 13 de la Constitución Política que se refiere a la igualdad de las personas sin ningún tipo de discriminación por raza, etnia, religión u orientación sexual, la Corte Constitucional ha venido formulando una serie de beneficios para la comunidad LGTBI, quienes durante muchos años han sido víctimas de discriminación y abusos. Pero es importante mencionar que a pesar de muchos de los logros alcanzados, aun se siguen evidenciando hechos que colocan en entredicho la efectividad de dicha normatividad, tal como es el caso del abuso de autoridad de la Policía Nacional frente a cada uno de los integrantes de la comunidad LGTBI. Por esto, es que se decide realizar un trabajo de investigación que permita hacer análisis sobre las posibles extralimitaciones de funciones por parte de agentes de policía en contra de la comunidad LGTBI en Buga | spa |
