Análisis a la huella hídrica en las empresas del sector industrial del municipio de Tuluá bajo el desarrollo sostenible

Abstract

In this research it was proposed to analyze the water footprint in the industrial sector of the municipality of Tulua, under Sustainable Development. Initially, companies in the industrial sector are characterized based on the water footprint, highlighting that they determine under it their pollution at a global, national, departmental and territorial level. Subsequently, the different methodologies that exist to measure the water footprint and define the one that best suits the companies in the industrial sector are identified. Then a water footprint calculator is designed for the industrial sector taking into account the selected methodology and, finally, benefits are established from the tax, labor, social, international trade, administrative, accounting, among others, as well as sustainability practices for compliance with O. D. S. Thus, the results of this work yielded some data on the position of the industrial sector at the municipal level, and the pollution generated by industrial activity, it is suggested to calculate the water footprint for the benefit of both the company and the global environment. It is concluded that the best methodology for measuring the Water footprint is the Water Footprint Network. En esta investigación se planteó analizar la huella hídrica en el sector industrial del municipio de Tuluá, bajo el desarrollo sostenible. Inicialmente se caracterizan las empresas del sector industrial con base en la huella de hídrica, resaltando que determinen bajo la misma su contaminación a nivel mundial, nacional, departamental y territorial. Posteriormente se identifican las diferentes metodologías que existen para medir la huella hídrica y definir la que mejor se ajusta a las empresas del sector industrial. Luego se diseña una calculadora de huella hídrica para el sector industrial teniendo en cuenta la metodología seleccionada y, por último, se establecen beneficios desde lo tributario, laboral, social, comercio internacional, administrativo, contable, entre otros, así como las prácticas de sustentabilidad para el cumplimiento de los O.D.S. De esta forma, los resultados de este trabajo arrojaron unos datos sobre posición del sector industrial a nivel del municipio, y la contaminación generada por la actividad industrial, se sugiere calcular la huella hídrica para beneficio tanto de la empresa como del medio ambiente global.
