dc.description.abstractEl propósito de esta monografía es analizar la percepción en atención de salud de los adultos mayores, respecto a los servicios de salud que ofrece la Clínica San Francisco S.A y el Hospital Departamental Tomás Uribe Uribe E.S.E del municipio de Tuluá- Valle, primer semestre del año 2019. El cual consiste en la incorporación de los principios de accesibilidad, oportunidad, seguridad, pertinencia y continuidad, en la atención de salud que recibe la población de adultos mayores y en la evaluación de la satisfacción de los adultos mayores con referencia a la atención de salud que ofrecen la Clínica San Francisco S.A y el Hospital Departamental Tomás Uribe Uribe E.S.E del Municipio de Tuluá, primer semestre del año 2019. Los resultados indican que existe correspondencia entre la Constitución política de 1991 que en los artículos 13 como 46 contempla la especial protección del Estado y la sociedad a las personas mayores, de conformidad con el principio de solidaridad y los preceptos del Estado Social de Derecho.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this monograph is to analyze the perception in health care of the elderly, with respect to the health services offered by the San Francisco SA Clinic and the Tomás Uribe Uribe ESE Departmental Hospital of the municipality of Tuluá-Valle, first semester of the year 2019. Which consists in the incorporation of the principles of accessibility, opportunity, safety, relevance and continuity, in the health care that the elderly population receives and in the evaluation of the satisfaction of the elderly with reference to the care of health offered by the San Francisco SA Clinic and the Tomás Uribe Uribe ESE Departmental Hospital of the Municipality of Tuluá, first semester of the year 2019. The results indicate that there is correspondence between the 1991 Political Constitution that in Articles 13 as 46 contemplates the special protection of the State and society to the elderly, in accordance with the principle of solidarity and the precepts of the Social State of Law.eng
