dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado tiene como finalidad analizar el comportamiento jurisprudencial en cuanto a la libertad de expresión respecto a redes sociales en Colombia, investigación que se pensó para lograr el cumplimiento de 3 apartados capitulares, los cuales consistieron en: Describir el contenido y alcance del derecho a la libertad de expresión, Indagar sobre el origen, desarrollo y estado actual de las redes sociales y Revisar el comportamiento jurisprudencial de la Corte Constitucional en cuanto a la libertad de expresión respecto a redes sociales. Metodológicamente se enmarcó dentro del enfoque cualitativo, con alcance exploratorio y tipo de investigación básica, donde finalmente se encuentran resultados sobre jurisprudencia en cuanto a la libertad de expresión respecto a redes sociales en Colombia.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	The purpose of this degree work is to analyze jurisprudential behavior regarding freedom of expression regarding social networks in Colombia, research that was thought to achieve compliance with 3 chapter sections, which consisted of: Describe the content and scope of the right to freedom of expression, inquire about the origin, development and current status of social networks and review the jurisprudential behavior of the Constitutional Court regarding freedom of expression with respect to social networks. Methodologically, it was framed within the qualitative approach, with an exploratory scope and type of basic research, where results on jurisprudence regarding freedom of expression regarding social networks in Colombia are finally found.	eng
