| dc.description.abstract | Dado que la Institución Educativa Luis Gabriel Umaña, ubicada en el corregimiento de Vallejuelo, en Zarzal, Valle del Cauca, carece de un Proyecto Ambiental Escolar (PRAE), que le permita ceñirse a la normatividad vigente, y con ello participar activa y eficientemente de una proyección encaminada a una cultura ambiental significativa, se considera necesaria la implementación de dicho proyecto y la familiarización del mismo entre todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa, procurando que se le otorgue la importancia que éste tiene, toda vez que la normatividad nacional e internacional así lo exigen; y sobre todo, que es deber de todo ser humano adoptar las prácticas necesarias para la construcción de un ambiente mejor. Una vez hecho un diagnóstico ambiental de la institución y su contexto espacial inmediato, y revisados los antecedentes, se hace una recopilación de información sobre las principales fuentes de contaminación, el nivel de conciencia que tienen los diferentes actores, así como los aportes que cada uno desde su rol, podría brindar para el mejoramiento del medio ambiente en dicha institución, procurando la integración de diferentes áreas, mediante el ejercicio de la transversalización y la concientización de la comunidad educativa en general. Con base en los aciertos y desaciertos de los antecedentes, y con un enfoque preponderante en el marco legal, abrigado por la normatividad institucional y constitucional, se logró la observación de situaciones críticas que mancillan y deterioran cualquier contexto a nivel ambiental; y se logra la articulación de una serie de correcciones y aportes al Proyecto Ambiental Escolar (PRAE) de la Institución Educativa Luis Gabriel Umaña, con el propósito de ejecutar las disposiciones allí concertadas, para apuntar al mejoramiento del medio ambiente intramural y extramuralmente | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Given that the Luis Gabriel Umaña Educational Institution, located in the corregimiento of Vallejuelo, in Zarzal, Valle del Cauca, lacks a School Environmental Project (PRAE), which allows it to adhere to current regulations, and with this to participate actively and efficiently in a projection aimed at a significant environmental culture, it is considered necessary the implementation of said project and the familiarization of it among all the members of the educational community, trying to give it the importance that it has, since national and international regulations so require; and above all, that it is the duty of every human being to adopt the practices necessary for the construction of a better environment. Once an environmental diagnosis of the institution and its immediate spatial context has been made, and the background has been reviewed, a compilation of information is made on the main sources of pollution, the level of awareness that the different actors have, as well as the contributions that each one, from his role, could provide for the improvement of the environment in that institution, seeking the integration of the different areas, through the exercise of mainstreaming and awareness of the educational community in general. Based on the successes and mistakes of the antecedents, and with a preponderant focus on the legal framework, sheltered by institutional and constitutional regulations, it was possible to observe critical situations that sully and deteriorate any context at the environmental level; and the articulation of a series of corrections and contributions to the School Environmental Project (PRAE) of the Luis Gabriel Umaña Educational Institution is achieved, with the purpose of executing the provisions agreed there, to aim at the improvement of the environment intramurally and extramurally. | eng |
