| dc.description.abstract | El presente análisis tiene como finalidad mostrar la importancia de los derechos y obligaciones de los estudiantes concertados en los manuales de convivencia de las instituciones públicas de la ciudad de Tuluá, frente a los avances jurisprudenciales en la materia. La jurisprudencial ha buscado desarrollar la supremacía constitucional y el acatamiento de los derechos fundamentales, tales como, el libre desarrollo de la personalidad y el debido proceso, para que estos no sean transgredidos por disposiciones arbitrarias de las instituciones y coloquen en una situación de desprotección la colectividad académica, teniendo en cuenta que se trata de derechos que tienen mayor relevancia en el ordenamiento jurídico por tratarse de niños, niñas y adolescentes, donde la Carta Política dispone que gozan de una especial protección tanto en el ámbito internacional como en nuestro Estado Social de Derecho | spa |
