| dc.description.abstract | El desprendimiento de placenta se define como la separación prematura de la placenta de su unión uterina antes del parto del feto, asociado a sangrado vaginal y dolor abdominal ya sea con contracciones uterinas o sin ellas, se puede acompañar de otros factores anormales como alteraciones en la frecuencia cardiaca fetal. Se presenta abordaje clínico de las pacientes embarazadas con abruptio placentario y desprendimiento prematuro de placenta, identificando síntomas, factores de riesgo que predisponen a la paciente a dicha patología, pudiendo así intervenir de manera rápida y eficaz en estos casos para impactar positivamente sobre el bienestar materno-fetal. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Placental abruption is defined as the premature separation of the placenta from its uterine junction before delivery of the fetus, associated with vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain, whether with or without uterine contractions, it may be accompanied by other abnormal factors such as alterations in fetal heart rate. A clinical approach to pregnant patients with placental abruption and premature placental abruption is presented, identifying symptoms, risk factors that predispose the patient to said pathology, thus being able to intervene quickly and effectively in these cases to positively impact maternal well-being. -fetal. | eng |
