Information was collected through the technique of the survey directed towards officials and interviews with administrative personnel, which served as guidance to carry out the stabilization proposal of the company that aims for long-term stability. In addition, it was proposed to define a management team that will accompany the process to carry out evaluations related to operational restructuring and strategic restructuring. Through well-known techniques, the current state of the company was diagnosed, applying an appropriate model for the same in which the crisis situation and the causes of the company's crisis were identified. At the same time the appropriate number of positions was defined and the manual of functions of each was developed to allow developing its objectives within the organization. The end of this report with the respective analysis and interpretation of the results of the research carried out has reached a series of conclusions and recommendations aimed at the solution and improvement of the Pintumezclas Company.El presente trabajo de grado, es una investigación que trata la reestructuración organizacional de la empresa PINTUMEZCLAS, se realizó un estudio de su entorno interno y entorno externo, se hallaron falencias dentro de la organización, en cuanto se refiere a su manejo administrativo. Se Recopilo información a través de la técnica de la encuesta dirigida hacia los funcionarios y entrevista a personal administrativo, que sirvió como orientación para realizar la propuesta de estabilización de la empresa que propenda por la estabilidad a largo plazo. Adicionalmente se propuso Definir un equipo gestor que acompañe el proceso para efectuar las evaluaciones relacionadas con la reestructuración operativa y la reestructuración estratégica. Mediante técnicas conocidas se Diagnosticó el estado actual de la empresa, aplicando un modelo apropiado para el mismo en el cual se identificó la situación de crisis y las causas de la crisis de la empresa. A la vez se definió el número adecuado de cargos y se desarrolló el manual de funciones de cada uno para permitir desarrollar sus objetivos dentro de la organización.
