Subsequently, a series of practical tools and tailored to the current needs of the furniture production process of Concorde, which establish concepts and parameters of a solution to the defects, with the determination to ensure the product's value and provide timely service and efficient for the end user. Finally, it is the relevant economic analysis to determine the feasibility of the project, considering the Variables of interest necessary for the intentions of the company.Para iniciar el desarrollo de la Manufactura Esbelta y sus distintas herramientas bajo el ciclo de control de calidad, se debe partir de que dicho modelamiento tiene como fundamento y principio la mejora continua del proceso productivo y la eliminación del desperdicio en las áreas de trabajo correspondientes. Por ello, el desarrollo de los capítulos expuestos sirve de guía práctica para la creación de estándares de trabajo fáciles, rápidos y versátiles a las condiciones actuales del proceso productivo de la Industria de Muebles Concorde, y crean un panorama de flexibilidad a los cambios del proceso y del mercado; promoviendo la idea de aumentar la calidad, disminuir el desperdicio en todos sus aspectos y garantizar los índices de productividad y competitividad. También es de resaltar que el diagnóstico y el análisis al sistema productivo permite encontrar claramente los defectos y errores que están presentes en la ejecución de las actividades en las estaciones de trabajo; y junto a esto, se exponen la priorización de dichos defectos analizados mediante puntos de evaluación de criterios.INTRODUCCIÓN / 1.
