Three objectives are set, to analyze the disciplinary code of the lawyer in his part of duties and incompatibilities of the lawyer; Carry out a comparative analysis between each of the legal proceedings presented by the Ucevista Lawyers before the Municipal Promiscuous Court of San Pedro Valle del Cauca between 2015-2018 and identify if the judicial proceedings presented by the Ucevista Attorneys before the Court are being adequate Promiscuo Municipal of San Pedro Valle del Cauca between 2015-2018. Methodologically the research is mixed, in accédanse with Roberto Hernández Sampieri, with bibliographic and field research design, socio-legal and exploratory. This study presents the results in accordance with the perspective of the Professional Practice of the Municipal Promiscuous Court of San Pedro Valle del Cauca, which can be said to be outstanding; during the period under study 534 processes and 192 guardianship actions were presented.Este trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo evaluar la perspectiva del Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Pedro Valle del Cauca, frente al ejercicio profesional del abogado Ucevista entre los años 2015-2018. Se plantean tres objetivos, analizar el código disciplinario del abogado en su parte de deberes e incompatibilidades del abogado; realizar un análisis comparativo entre cada una de las actuaciones judiciales presentadas por los Abogados Ucevistas ante el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Pedro Valle del Cauca entre los años 2015-2018 e identificar si están siendo adecuadas las actuaciones judiciales presentadas por los Abogados Ucevistas ante el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Pedro Valle del Cauca entre los años 2015-2018. Metodológicamente la investigación es cualitativa, de conformidad con Roberto Hernández Sampieri, con diseño bibliográfico y de investigación de campo, de corte sociojurídica y carácter exploratorio. Este estudio presenta los resultados de conformidad con la perspectiva que tiene del ejercicio profesional del Abogado el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Pedro Valle del Cauca, la cual se puede decir es sobresaliente; durante el periodo objeto de estudio se presentaron 534 procesos y 192 acciones de tutela.RESUMEN. / 9 ABSTRACT / INTRODUCCIÓN / 1.
