Caracterización de los empresarios de la región central del Valle del Cauca que demandan especializaciones en las áreas administrativas y contables

Abstract

With the realization of this document it is sought to expose the perception of the entrepreneurs of the Valle del Cauca region in terms of their education and training in the area accounting and administrative concerns, taking into account their needs as entrepreneur to meet the demands of the market in which he finds himself. In order to know this perception, it has been considered that it is necessary to characterize the entrepreneurs as the main object of study and on behalf as a legal person or natural of each one of the economic entities of the region, this in reason of searching for through a wide visual characterization of its commercial activities and thus to be able to analyze if said perception is or is not according to their needs and in the same way to the economic and business behavior of the study area. To meet the proposed objective, at first a collection is made of information that would allow an analysis of business behavior and economy of the region, this information refers mainly to studies recent socioeconomic data and databases consigned in chambers of commerce and trade federations. Once all the information has been collected and synthesized, we continue to survey virtual and face-to-face to employers and personnel managers in order to characterize them and that of their companies as well as the perception of the specializations in the Business Administration and Public Accounting programs and thus determine a estimated demand. As a development of the last specific objective of this study and a Once the surveys have been carried out, the information is tabulated in order to identify the most preferred specializations and analyze the correlation that these have with the business and economic behavior of the region of the center of the valley Cauca, which would allow UCEVA to make better decisions at the time of offer specialization programs in the area of ​​Administration and Accounting Public. Con la realización de este documento se busca exponer la percepción de los empresarios de la región centro vallecaucana en cuanto a su formación y capacitación en el área contable y administrativa se refiere, teniendo en cuenta sus necesidades como empresario para hacer frente a las exigencias del mercado en cual se encuentra. Con el fin de conocer dicha percepción, se ha considerado que se debe caracterizar los empresarios como principal objeto de estudio y en representación como persona jurídica o natural de cada uno de los entes económicos de la región, esto en razón de buscar por medio de una caracterización una visual amplia sobre sus actividades comerciales y así poder analizar si dicha percepción es o no acorde a sus necesidades y de igual forma al comportamiento económico y empresarial de la zona en estudio. Para cumplir con el objetivo propuesto, en un primer momento se realiza una recolección de información que permitiera hacer un análisis sobre el comportamiento empresarial y económico de la región, esta información se refiere principalmente a estudios socioeconómicos recientes y bases de datos consignados en cámaras de comercio y federaciones de comerciantes. Una vez recolectada y sintetizada toda la Información, se prosigue a encuestar de manera virtual y presencial a los empresarios y jefes de personal con el fin de su caracterización y la de sus empresas como también la percepción por las especializaciones en los programas de Administración de Empresas y Contaduría pública y así determinar una demanda estimada. Como desarrollo del último objetivo específico de este estudio y una vez realizadas las encuestas, se procede a la tabulación de la información con el objeto de identificar las especializaciones de mayor preferencia y analizar la correlación que estas tienen con el comportamiento empresarial y económico de la región del centro del valle del cauca lo cual permitiera a la UCEVA una mejor toma de decisiones al momento de ofertar los programas de Especialización en el área de Administración y Contaduría Pública.
