GEIPRO, una propuesta lúdica para la enseñanza en el programa de Ingeniería Industrial de la UCEVA

Abstract

The present document contains the history of the Seedbed GEIPRO since its beginnings, its work and the developments outlined in the annual meetings of the Community Geio. After indicating the work done by the Semillero GEIPRO, strategic direction is presented, which strategically directs the group and shows the way how this research group is perceived these days, also, it provides a guide of the failures and benefits or opportunities that this research group owns and the possible threats that could make the group weak. Also, a pedagogical model for the Seedbed GEIPRO is proposed, where this research group is expected to implement its own model for the graduate of Industrial Engineering program is prepared to overcome all challenges and social activities in which they will apply during their professional career in different aspects and contexts such as social, natural and institutional. Consequently, certain LÚDICAS are proposed to some teachers and students for them to implement them in the development of their lessons and in the different subjects that are currently in the program. In addition, are defined the explicit LÚDICAS presented at the meetings since this research group belongs to the National Network Geio, where they are involved since the second meeting in 2006. Then, the proposal of the lesson GEIPRO is presented, where the topics for being developed are proposed for the respective college credit, and it’s based on both, the LÚDICAS proposed, mentioned above, and the ones already developed in the meetings by the UCEVA. Furthermore, the database containing the basic information about the group of research, about the people Involved, the ludics, etc. Finally, the economic analysis of the project is developed. El documento actual reúne la historia del Semillero GEIPRO desde su comienzo, su labor y los desarrollos expuestos en los encuentros anuales de la Comunidad Geio. Luego de indicar el trabajo que ha realizado el semillero, se encuentra el direccionamiento estratégico, el cual orienta estratégicamente al grupo y da la pauta de cómo se percibe el millero actualmente, brinda una guía de las falencias y ventajas u oportunidades que posee el Semillero y los posible peligros que podrían debilitar al grupo. Seguidamente se propone un modelo pedagógico para el Semillero GEIPRO, donde se quiere que el semillero aplique su propio modelo para que el egresado del programa de Ingeniería Industrial esté preparado para superar todos los retos y actividades sociales en los que va a ejercer su profesión en diferentes medios y contextos como es el medio social, natural e Institucional. Además se proponen lúdicas por algunos docentes y estudiantes para aplicarlas en la cátedra a desarrollar y en las diferentes asignaturas que se encuentran actualmente en el programa. Posteriormente se encuentran las lúdicas explicítas que se presentaron en los encuentros desde que el Semillero hace parte de la Red Nacional Geio, donde son particípes desde el Segundo encuentro en el año 2006. En seguida se encuentra la propuesta de la cátedra GEIPRO, donde se propone la temática a desarrollar para el respectivo crédito universitario y está basada tanto en las lúdicas propuestas mencionadas anteriormente como por las desarrolladas en los encuentros por la UCEVA. Después se encuentra la base de datos con información básica del semillero, sobre los integrantes, lúdicas, etc. Por último, se encuentra El análisis económico del proyecto.
