dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado fue desarrollado en la Escuela de Artes Integradas Talento Humano, ubicada en Tuluá Valle del Cauca. Debido al impacto que genero la pandemia la empresa se vio afectada habiendo un menor desempeño por lo cual se busca diseñar estrategias que logren la sostenibilidad en el funcionamiento y crecimiento de estas; por ello se formula un plan estratégico mediante el cual se hace un diagnóstico de la empresa para ver tanto las fortalezas y debilidades, así como las amenazas y oportunidades con las que cuentan, al culminar ello se logra identificar las necesidades de la empresa, con esto se diseña finalmente un plan de acción lo cual contienen las estrategias que se recomienda efectuar.spa
