Evaluación de la responsabilidad social, empresarial y desempeño social corporativo en la empresa Compubuga de la Ciudad de Guadalajara de Buga al año 2013

Abstract

This research revolved around the evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Social Performance Corporate (DSC) in the company COMPUBUGA in the municipality of Guadalajara de Buga so far in 2013, where these concepts were initially identified and in turn their Interest Groups were characterized to identify the impact that the company generates in these with the development of its activity, thus seeking to recognize the importance that has CSR and DSC in the positioning and competitiveness of the company. The type of investigation of this Degree Work is exploratory and descriptive where the due evaluation of the concepts of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Social Performance and the impacts that are generated in the Interest Groups, thus becoming familiar with all the important components for this study. Bliss The research was based on the constant observation and identification of situations and variables of the company COMPUBUGA And its environment to provide a solution to the problem posed. Esta investigación giró en torno a la evaluación de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) y el Desempeño Social Corporativo (DSC) en la empresa COMPUBUGA del municipio de Guadalajara de Buga en lo que va corrido del año 2013, en donde inicialmente se identificaron dichos conceptos y a su vez se caracterizaron sus Grupos de Interés para identificar el impacto que la empresa genera en estos con el desarrollo de su actividad, buscando así reconocer la importancia que tiene la RSE y el DSC en el posicionamiento y competitividad de la empresa. El tipo de investigación de este Trabajo de Grado es exploratorio y descriptivo donde se realizó la debida evaluación de los conceptos de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial y Desempeño Social Corporativo y de los impactos que se generan en los Grupos de Interés consiguiendo así familiarizarse con todos los componentes importantes para este estudio. Dicha investigación se apoyó en la observación e identificación constante de situaciones y variables de la empresa COMPUBUGA Y su entorno para brindar una solución al problema planteado.
