Estudio de factibilidad para establecer una nueva agencia de motocicletas de la empresa Suky- Moto S.A en la ciudad de Bugalagrande - Valle del Cauca

Abstract

Bugalagrande is a central Valle del Cauca municipality attached to the Chamber of Commerce of Tuluá, whose population level according to the last official national census DANE in 2005 was 20,990 inhabitants; however, the same entity calculates an average annual departmental exponential growth rate of 1.04% for the period 1995-2020, with which it is expected that at the end of 2014 this municipality has an estimated population of 23,038 inhabitants. On the other hand, and according to data published by DANE in the report "Methodology to Calculate the Indicator of Municipal Economic Importance Accounts Departmental” 1 in the second half of 2014, Bugalagrande contributed the 1.1% of departmental GDP, a figure very similar to that of other municipalities in which the company is present, such as Roldanillo and Zarzal with 0.6% and 1.2% of contribution to the GDP of Valle del Cauca respectively. Taking into account the foregoing, this writing reflects the what, the why what, how and when, in order to determine through a feasibility study, the feasibility of establishing a new company motorcycle agency Suky Moto S.A. in the city of Bugalagrande - Valle Del Cauca. Bugalagrande es un municipio centro vallecaucano adscrito a la Cámara de Comercio de Tuluá, cuyo nivel poblacional según el último censo nacional oficial del DANE del año 2005 era de 20.990 habitantes; sin embargo, el mismo ente calcula una tasa media anual de crecimiento exponencial departamental del 1.04% para el periodo 1995-2020, con lo que se prevé que al corte del año 2014 este municipio cuenta con una población estimada de 23.038 habitantes. De otro lado y según datos publicados por el DANE en el reporte “Metodología para Calcular el Indicador de Importancia Económica Municipal Cuentas Departamentales” 1 en el segundo semestre de 2014, Bugalagrande aportaba el 1,1% de PIB departamental, cifra muy similar a la de otros municipios en los que la empresa hace presencia, como lo son Roldanillo y Zarzal con 0,6% y 1,2% de aporte al PIB del Valle del Cauca respectivamente. Tomando en cuenta lo anterior, en el presente escrito se plasma el qué, el por qué, el cómo y el cuándo, a fin de determinar a través de un estudio de factibilidad, la viabilidad de establecer una nueva agencia de motocicletas de la empresa Suky Moto S.A. en la ciudad de Bugalagrande - Valle Del Cauca.
