Abstract

The following work, in which the recognition of the structuralist theory in the companies of the municipality of Tuluá will be studied, in the most preponderant economic sectors such as agriculture, livestock, hunting and forestry; industrial manufacturer; trade and repairs and hotels, restaurants, bars and the like. In the last five years (2006-2010). Identifies the different types of organizational structures that exist in the municipality of Tuluá, although it could be established, that the missionary fulfillment of companies is based on the consolidation of their organizational structure, as well as the integration of its functions and actions around the objectives to be achieved, in the development of the work, the concepts that nurture the construction and consolidation of the structure are evidenced, as well as its functionality, being important the role that the collaborators have, in the implementation of the processes and the procedures, which contribute in the same way to the effective development of its objectives, such as reaching its levels of competitiveness, in increasingly complex and dynamic environments. Implementing state-of-the-art technology which allows them have results that help the organization to be better every day, with the ability to be prepared to face the Changes that the environment generates and in the same way continue to be productive. El siguiente trabajo, en el cual se estudiara el reconocimiento de la teoría estructuralista en las empresas del municipio de Tuluá, en los sectores económicos más preponderantes como lo son el de agricultura, ganadería, caza y silvicultura; industrial manufacturero; comercio y reparaciones y hoteles, restaurantes, bares y similares. En los últimos cinco años (2006-2010). Identifica los diferentes tipos de estructuras organizacionales que hay en el municipio de Tuluá, si bien se pude establecer, que el cumplimiento misional de las empresas, se fundamenta en la consolidación de su estructura organizacional, así como la integración de sus funciones y acciones en torno a los objetivos que se quieren alcanzar, en el desarrollo del trabajo se evidencian los conceptos que nutren la construcción y consolidación de la estructura, como también su funcionabilidad, siendo importante el papel que tienen los colaboradores, en la implementación de los procesos y los procedimientos, que coadyuvan de igual manera al desarrollo efectivo de sus objetivos, como alcanzar sus niveles de competitividad, en entornos cada vez más complejos y dinámicos. Implementando tecnología de punta lo cual les permita tener resultados que ayuden a la organización a ser cada día mejor, con la capacidad de estar preparados para afrontar los Cambios que el entorno genere y de igual manera seguir siendo productivas.
